Prepaid shipping

We’ll ship a box directly to your employee within 1 business day of receiving your order.Inside the box, your employee will find a prepaid self-stick return label addressed to your company. No printer needed.

Packing materials

Our box also contains easy packing/shipping instructions and tape to help your employee ship the device promptly and safely.A seamless experience for your employee means a faster equipment return for you.

Employee email comms

We’ll take care of communicating with your employee about the device return. We’ll let them know that a box is on the way, and notify them when it’s delivered to their address.If your employee delays shipping the device, we’ll send them friendly reminders.

Tracking and visibility for you

We’ll keep you posted throughout the process: when we ship the box to your employee, when it arrives at their address, when your employee ships the device, and when the device arrives at your company destination address.We’ll also let you know whenever we send reminders to your employee.
